Banners on Parade 2008 Back by popular demand, thanks to the City of Placerville and Placerville Downtown Association, is this wonderful art exhibition that will feature painted banners on the light poles along Historic Main Street in Placerville from June to September. If you are an artist, group, or organization that would like to apply, please print the Artists Invitation and Information Pack and fill out the Artist Application Form and get your entry and sketch in by March 20th.
