Banners on Parade 2009
The 34 decorated banners will hang on light poles on Placerville’s historic Main Street from June through September. Following the exhibit, the banners will be auctioned off at the October 17th, 2009 Art & Wine Festival, with a portion of the proceeds to benefit Art on Parade and individual artists.
